MyTimetable maintenance
The maintenance is now complete. Thanks for your patience.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We will be performing maintenance work on the MyTimetable hosting platform. During this maintenance window we will:
- Install various security-related operating system updates.
- Increase the capacity of our primary firewall (as discussed in the RFO of 4/12).
- Prepare various systems for our new site-to-site VPN architecture (as discussed in the RFO of 4/12). This is still undergoing testing and will probably be taken into service at a later date. That will happen during day-to-day maintenance which will not have any effect on production sites as these do not use the site-to-site VPN.
During these updates, your MyTimetable instance may be unavailable for about 15 minutes.
These updates have already been deployed and tested in the acceptance environments. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this maintenance.
