Resolved

Between 14:24 and 14:28 (CET) today, MyTimetable may have been slow to respond or timing out for certain users. This problem has now been resolved.

The problem was caused by an internal data transfer that was accidentally made at a too high rate, causing packet loss at our firewall. As soon as this was noticed, the data transfer was stopped and services resumed immediately. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

We will provide a full RFO document later this week.
