The situation seems to be stable since 11:05 (CEST). Over the coming days we will be investigating some changes to better handle peak load on our TimeEdit and Xedule platform.

Identified

We are currently investigating issues with MyTimetable availability for certain customers. This only seems to involve customers using TimeEdit or Xedule timetables and is due to high load because of the start of the new academic year in some countries. We have made some changes to better cope with the load and the situation seems to be stabilising now, but we will keep monitoring the situation and let you know when we have further updates.
