Our infrastructure provider has confirmed that a crash of a virtual machine host caused this issue and that the affected virtual machines were automatically moved to other hosts in the cluster.
An RFO for this outage is available at https://dl.eveoh.nl/RFO_VM_host_crash_December_2022.pdf
The situation seems to be stable again. There was a short interruption between 12:01 and 12:03 (CET) and we suspect this was due to problems with one of the virtual machine hosts. We have asked our infrastructure supplier to clarify this for us and will update this post when we have more information available.
We are investigating an unexpected reboot of our primary firewall. Due to this reboot, our websites may have been unavailable for a couple of minutes.
We will send you an update as soon as we have more information.
