The infrastructure issue seems to be resolved by our infrastructure provider. All systems are back up. We continue to monitor the situation.
We've confirmed there is a problem with our infrastructure provider for a limited number of customers. The issue has been escalated and the 3rd party is working on resolving it.
At this moment some of our customers are experiencing problems with the availability of MyTimetable. Requests may time out.
The issue seems to be with networking of part of our infrastructure. We are liaising with our infrastructure provider on this and will send you an update as soon as we have more information.
