The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We will be carrying out emergency maintenance work on the MyTimetable hosting platform tonight.
On the 20th of October 2026, a security incident involving a certificate authority named eMudhra was publicly disclosed, and patches have been released in response. Patches that did not require any downtime were installed immediately when they became available. Patches that required downtime have been installed as part of scheduled maintenance on Friday 23rd of October. Over the weekend however, additional guidance has been released.
As a result, we are removing the affected root certificates from the Java runtime used by our platform tonight. The affected services must be restarted for this change to take effect.
During these updates, your MyTimetable instance may be unavailable for about 1 minute.
