There was a partial outage at our infrastructure provider due to a failure of one of their virtualization hosts. The virtual machines on the impacted host have been restarted on another host in the cluster.
MyTimetable service is recovering for the affected customers. We are checking all customer environments and are monitoring the situation.
At this moment some of our customers are experiencing problems with the availability of MyTimetable. Requests may time out or show an error screen.
